STARTING ONLINE RETURN IS EASY

  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions, only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.

REFUND POLICY

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to exchange or refund a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.

Returns should be made within a reasonable time (60 days, starting the day after purchase) to the store of original purchase where possible, or the nearest store if purchased online. Proof of purchase must be presented confirming the price paid and the date of purchase.

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt.
