Bridging Cultures: My Clinical Experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the UK

In my recent work in the UK, I've met lots of interesting patients with different health needs compared to those I saw in Asia. Most of them seem to lack kidney energy and feel cold a lot. This could be because of their diet and the weather here.

Moving from Asia to the UK means big changes in what people eat and the weather they're in. These changes can mess up the balance of energy in their bodies, making them feel tired and cold.

But that doesn't mean they can't get better! We just need to help them balance their bodies to feel better and live longer. They can eat warmer foods, take vitamin E, and keep themselves warm to feel better.

In my job, I've found that giving people warm foods and using things like acupuncture and herbs can help them feel better. These treatments help the body's energy flow better and make the kidneys stronger.

Even though it's different here, it's also a chance to learn new things and help people in a different way. By using Traditional Chinese Medicine, we can help people here feel better and live healthier lives.

In the end, my time working in the UK has shown me how powerful Traditional Chinese Medicine can be, even in a different place. By understanding people's needs and using treatments that suit them, we can help everyone feel better and live well.
